FAQ

Answers to the most common NightFlame questions about NFLM, token-gated access, wallet verification, and community rules.

NFLM Token

1) What is the NightFlame token?

NightFlame is a utility token that functions as an access pass to the NightFlame Academy and the NightFlame community server on Discord. Holding the required amount in your wallet unlocks and maintains membership benefits.

2) Is NightFlame an investment?

No. NightFlame is presented as a utility token for access. It does not represent equity, ownership, revenue share, dividends, or any promise of profit.

3) What do I get with the token?

If you hold the required amount, you can access:

  • NightFlame Academy content and/or learning resources
  • Discord community channels, roles, and member perks

4) How many tokens do I need to hold to get access?

You must hold at least 500 NightFlame tokens in your connected wallet.

5) Do I need to keep 500 tokens at all times?

Yes. To keep access, your wallet balance must remain ≥ 500. If your balance drops below 500, access can be removed automatically.

6) What happens if my balance drops below 500?

Your access to gated benefits (academy and/or Discord roles/channels) may be revoked until your wallet balance is back to 500 or more.

Access & Verification

1) How do I verify my wallet to unlock access?

You’ll connect your wallet through our website and sign a message. This proves wallet ownership without sharing private keys.

2) Do you ever ask for my seed phrase or private key?

Never. We will never ask for your seed phrase, private key, or remote access to your device.

3) Can I hold tokens on an exchange and still get access?

Usually no, because exchanges control the wallet and you can’t reliably prove ownership for gating. To verify access, tokens must be held in a self-custody wallet you control.

4) Can I use multiple wallets to add up to 500 total?

No—your access is tied to one verified wallet address. The verified wallet must hold the full ≥ 500.

Buying, Holding, and Transferring

1) How do I get NightFlame tokens?

Through decentralized exchange like Raydium, Meteora or Orca. Please make sure that you have chosen a correct contract address: NFLMPYWvrDnYVSUUvvw4EqVcgQydmyB1ZfvFpbsnBxV Currently the only supported network is Solana. Safety note: Always verify the contract address from official channels!

2) What is the official contract address?

Please always check our Key Addresses section!

3) Are there transaction fees?

Yes—standard network fees (“gas”) apply whenever you transfer/buy/sell/move tokens + any fees incured by decentrlized exchange.

4) Do I need exactly 500 tokens or at least 500?

At least 500. Holding more is allowed but not required for basic access (unless you create higher tiers).

5) Can I move tokens between wallets?

Yes, but remember:

  • If you move tokens out of your verified wallet and fall below 500, you may lose access.
  • After moving tokens into a new wallet, you’ll need to verify that new wallet.

Access Rules & Terms

1) Is access transferable if I sell the tokens?

Yes in the functional sense: if someone else holds ≥ 500 in their wallet and verifies, they can access. Access is tied to the verified wallet holding ≥ 500, not to a person’s name.

2) Can you ban someone even if they hold 500 tokens?

Yes. Token holding does not override community rules. We reserve the right to remove access for violations of community guidelines, fraud, harassment, or abuse—even if token requirements are met.

3) Do I get a refund if I lose access?

No, because the token is the access mechanism. Token purchases are not membership fees paid to us; they’re on-chain transactions. We do not issue refunds for market purchases or transfers.

Security & Scam Prevention

1) How do I avoid fake NightFlame tokens?

• Only use the official contract address • Beware of “airdrop” tokens in your wallet • Don’t click random links sent via DM

2) Will moderators DM me first?

No. Staff will not DM you first about buying, ‘support,’ or special deals. Treat unsolicited DMs as scams.

3) What if my wallet is compromised?

If your wallet is compromised, move to a new wallet immediately. We cannot recover stolen assets. Once you have ≥ 500 in a secure wallet, re-verify to restore access.

Technical & Troubleshooting

1) I have 500+ tokens but I still don’t have access—what should I check?

Common causes:

  • You verified the wrong wallet address
  • Tokens are on the wrong network
  • Tokens are in a custodial exchange wallet
  • Bot needs time to refresh Suggested steps: “Reconnect wallet → re-verify → confirm you’re on Solana → wait 15 minutes → contact support.”

2) My balance shows 500, but the bot says I’m under 500—why?

Possible reasons: • Pending transaction not confirmed • Token has decimals and you’re slightly under (e.g., 499.999)

Privacy

1) What data do you collect during verification?

We only use your wallet address to check token balance and assign roles/access to your discord username. We do not receive your private keys, seed phrase, or wallet passwords. Please check our Privact Policy and Terms of Service.

2) Can you see my entire wallet contents?

Wallet balances are publicly visible on-chain. Our verifier checks only what it needs (token balance of the verified address).

Compliance & Disclaimers

1) Any tax implications?

Token transactions may have tax implications depending on your jurisdiction. Consult a qualified tax professional.

2) Risk disclaimer

Blockchain assets involve risk (price volatility, smart contract risk, wallet security risk, network outages). NightFlame is a utility access token; always use strong security practices and only participate within your risk tolerance. Please check out our General Risk Disclosures.
